Raw Cacao, Choc Chip Cookies
The first time I had these I was kind of blown away. So much tastiness in such a small cookie. I instantly became addicted and proceeded to eat as many as I could before I got reprimanded. These are a definite must make!
Place cashews in OmniBlend and blend on high until ground and place in large mixing bowl. Do the same to the oats. Mix all ingredients in bowl. Shape into cookies (we like to use a star mold) and place on baking paper or baking paper lined plastic container. Store in freezer until firm/set. They need to be kept in the fridge or freezer all the time, that is if you haven’t eaten them all straight away. If you have strong smelling things in your fridge or freezer we recommend storing the cookies in a closed container as they can take on some of the aromas of other things. Now let your taste buds party!

2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
3 tablespoons cacao nibs
