Grind Coffee

Ingredients:
Whole Coffee Beans

Method:
Place coffee beans into jug (we highly recommend the 2 Litre Pro jug for this recipe).
Blend for 35 seconds on high.

Whip Cream

Ingredients:
1 – 2 Cups of cream.

Method:
Blend on low until the motor sound changes. Take care not to over blend.

Grate Cheese

Ingredients:
1 – 2 Cups cubed cheese.

Method:
Pulse until cheese is grated.

Grind Grain into Flour

Ingredients:
1 – 2 Cups of rice, oats or other grain.

Method:
Blend on Low until fine.

Wet Chop

Ingredients:
1 – 2 Cups hard vegetables.
2 Cups water

Method:
Pulse twice and check consistency. Take care not to over blend.

Traditional Juice

Ingredients:
3 Cups Fruit or Vegetable of your choice.
1 Cup Water.

Method:
Blend for 35 seconds.

Hot Soup

Ingredients:
1/2 Zucchini.
1/2 Red Capsicum.
2 – 3 Fresh tomatoes.
1/4 Cup Olive Oil.
Good pinch Salt and Pepper.
Cup of Water.

Method:
Blend on High for 4 Minutes.

Bread Dough

Ingredients:
2 1/4 Cup Warm Water with the yeast added 5 minutes prior.
2 Tbsp Olive Oil.
2 1/2 Cups Flour.
1 Tsp Salt.

Method:
For best results add the water first.
Blend on High for 3 seconds then stop the blender and scrape down the sides with a spatula to incorporate the flour. Repeat these steps 4 or 5 times until dough is mixed.

Baby Food

Ingredients:
1 Cup Cooked Vegetables of your choice.
1/4 Cup Water.

Method:
Blend for 35 seconds on high.

Frappé

Ingredients:
1 Cup Water.
3 Peeled Limes.
2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar.
3 Cups Ice Cubes.

Method:
Blend using the 35 Sec program, you may need to use your tamper to push the ice down.

Green Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 Cups Water.
Handful Greens.
2 Apples.
1/2 Peeled Lemon.
2 Bananas.

Method:
Blend using the 35 sec program.

Easy Self Cleaning

Method:
Fill your jug 1/3 full of warm water. Adding dishwashing detergent is optional.
Blend on low for up to 35 seconds.
If necessary wipe down insides of jug.
Rinse insides of jug with warm water to remove remaining detergent if used.

Dry Chop - Moroccan Beetroot Salad

Ingredients:
2 Cups Cooked Beetroot.
1/2 Cup Olive Oil.
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice.
1 Tsp Cumin.
Good Pinch Salt and Pepper.

Method:
Pulse the beets a few times until the sound of the motor changes, take care not to over blend.
Tip into a bowl and stir in the other ingredients.
A few hours marinating in the fridge will improve the flavour!

Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients:
1 Cup Almond Milk.
1/2 Cup Macadamia Butter.
1/2 Raw Cacao Powder.
2 Tsps Coconut Sugar.
4 Cups Ice.

Method:
Blend everything except the ice until smooth – about 10 seconds on High.
Add the ice and blend on 35 sec program using the tamper to push down the ice.

Nut Butter

Ingredients:
3 Cups Nuts.
1/2 Cup Cold Pressed Macadamia Oil.

Method:
Blend on Low for 30 – 60 seconds until smooth, using the tamper if you need to.

Almond Milk

Ingredients:
2 Cups Water.
1/2 Soaked Almonds.

Method:
Blend on 35 sec program.
