The Process1.Once we receive your order and confirmation of payment we will send you out a welcome email letting you know when we will be shipping out your order.
Please Note: If you are paying by Direct Deposit please email us a copy of your receipt so that we can process your order straight away. Otherwise we have to wait until the payment clears before sending it out. PayPal and Credit Card payments usually clear straight away.2.We will then send out your order using one of the following methods:
Please Note: Delivery to most addresses is done using Fastway Couriers. Remote locations and PO Boxes are sent using Australia Post. Australia Post usually takes a bit longer and doesn’t have as good tracking.
Fastway Couriers generally pickup your delivery from us Monday to Friday at around 12pm. Generally all orders received and paid for before this time will be sent out that day.
When making your purchase you can select to either require a signature upon delivery or to leave delivery even if no one is home.
Please Note: If you select to leave delivery even if no one is home you take all responsibility for the delivery if you do not receive it. This has however never happened so far.
Please Note: Fastway Couriers WILL NOT call or txt you to let you know when they will be delivering your order. Unfortunately this is their policy.

To find out how long your delivery will take please go here Fastway Couriers Quick Quote, select “Northern Rivers” as the location, enter your town or postcode and then enter “5″ as the parcel weight. You do not need to enter the parcel size. Then click “Get quick quote now” and Fastway Couriers will estimate how long it should take to reach you. If the label colour is “Grey” we will use Australia Post.
We only use Australia Post if the shipping address is a PO Box or a remote location. Western Australia has a higher number of remote locations. By default all deliveries made using Australia Post will require a signature on delivery. This means that you or someone you know must be available to receive the delivery. If no one is home Australia Post should leave a note to pickup from your local post office.

We offer a $15 discount for local pickup from our warehouse located in Byron Bay, Northern NSW approx.
Please contact OmniBlend Australia to arrange a local pickup on 02 66 856 360 or drop in.3.OmniBlend Australia will then email you a tracking number from firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours after your item(s) have been picked up by Fastway Couriers or sent using Australia Post.
- Sydney, Gold Coast and Brisbane – approx. 1 to 2 business days.
- Melbourne and rural areas in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria approx. 2 to 5 business days.
- South Australia approx. 2 to 3 business days.
- Tasmania approx. 4 to 7 business days.
- Northern Territory approx. 7 to 14 business days.

Please be aware that all deliveries from Northern NSW to WA can take between 7 to 10 working days. For example if we receive your order on a Friday and it’s made by Direct Deposit and you do not email us the receipt we have to wait until around the following Wednesday for the payment to clear. It then takes a further 7-10 working days for you to receive your order. So that could mean that you potentially do not receive your delivery for 3 weeks from the time of order. This is however a worst case scenario.
We appreciate your frustration that WA so often gets the short end of the stick when it comes to delivery time. We do the best we can and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
